2. How We Use Your Information
- To create and manage your MoneyFreedomTime membership account.
- To process membership fee payments and verify transactions via Razorpay.
- To comply with Indian tax regulations, including TDS deduction and reporting using your PAN number.
- To send account activation emails, payment confirmations, and important service notifications.
- To calculate and credit referral commissions to your account.
- To provide customer support and respond to your queries.
- To improve our platform, services, and user experience.
3. Data Security
- All data transmitted between your browser and our servers is encrypted using industry-standard SSL/TLS protocols.
- Payment processing is handled exclusively by Razorpay, a PCI-DSS compliant payment gateway. We do not store your full card or bank credentials on our servers.
- Your PAN number and financial details are stored securely and accessed only for tax compliance purposes.
- We implement access controls to ensure only authorised personnel can access sensitive member data.
- Profile photos are stored in your browser's local storage and are not uploaded to our servers unless explicitly required.
4. Data Sharing & Disclosure
- We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties.
- We may share your information with Razorpay solely for the purpose of processing payments.
- We may disclose your information to government authorities or regulatory bodies when required by law, including for TDS compliance under the Income Tax Act.
- Aggregated, anonymised data may be used for analytics and business reporting without identifying individual members.
- In the event of a business merger or acquisition, member data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with prior notice provided to affected members.
5. Communications
- By registering, you consent to receive transactional emails including account activation, payment receipts, and important account updates.

- WhatsApp communications are opt-in only. We will not add you to WhatsApp groups without your explicit consent.
