These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your membership and use of the MoneyFreedomTime portal at https://moneyfreedomtime.com. By registering as a member or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. Please read them carefully before proceeding. If you do not agree, do not register or use our platform.
1. Membership & Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years of age to register as a member of MoneyFreedomTime.
- Membership is open to Indian residents only. You must provide a valid PAN number for KYC and tax compliance purposes.
- Each individual may hold only one active membership account. Creating duplicate accounts is strictly prohibited.
- You are responsible for providing accurate, complete, and up-to-date information during registration.
- MoneyFreedomTime reserves the right to reject or terminate any membership application at its sole discretion.
2. Membership Fees & Payments
- Membership fees are charged annually and vary by plan (Starter, Freedom, or Elite). Current pricing is displayed on the Membership page.
- All payments are processed securely through Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service.
- Membership fees are non-refundable after 7 days from the date of payment, except in cases of technical errors or duplicate charges.
- Refund requests within the 7-day window must be submitted to [email protected] with your transaction ID.
- TDS (Tax Deducted at Source) may be applicable on referral commissions as per Indian Income Tax regulations. Your PAN number is required for TDS compliance.
- MoneyFreedomTime reserves the right to revise membership fees with 30 days' prior notice to existing members.
3. Referral Programme
- Members may earn referral commissions by inviting others to join MoneyFreedomTime using their unique referral code.
- Referral commissions are credited only when the referred member completes registration and pays their membership fee.
- Commission rates vary by membership plan and referral level. Current rates are published on the Membership page.
- Commissions are subject to TDS deduction as per applicable Indian tax laws.
- Referral commissions are paid out via the payment method registered in your account (bank transfer, UPI, etc.).
- Manipulating the referral system, creating fake accounts, or engaging in fraudulent referral activity will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all pending commissions.
- MoneyFreedomTime reserves the right to modify commission rates or referral programme terms at any time with reasonable notice.
4. Prohibited Activities
- Misrepresenting MoneyFreedomTime, its products, or earning potential to prospective members.
- Making income guarantees or promising specific financial returns to others.
- Creating or distributing unauthorised marketing materials using the MoneyFreedomTime brand.
- Spamming, harassment, or unsolicited communication to recruit members.
- Using automated tools, bots, or scripts to manipulate the platform.
- Sharing your account credentials with others or allowing third parties to access your account.
- Any activity that violates applicable Indian laws, including the Prize Chits and Money Circulation Schemes (Banning) Act, 1978.
5. Disclaimers & Limitations
- MoneyFreedomTime is a membership-based community platform. It is not a get-rich-quick scheme, investment product, or guaranteed income opportunity.
- Earnings from the referral programme depend entirely on your own efforts and the efforts of your network. Past performance of other members does not guarantee your results.
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the portal. Scheduled maintenance or technical issues may temporarily affect availability.
- MoneyFreedomTime shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the membership fee paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
6. Governing Law & Disputes
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from or related to these terms or your membership shall first be attempted to be resolved through mutual discussion.
- If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Punjab, India.
- MoneyFreedomTime reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
7. Account Termination
MoneyFreedomTime may suspend or terminate your membership account at any time, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms or engage in conduct deemed harmful to the community or the platform.
You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting support. Upon cancellation, access to member benefits will cease at the end of the current billing period. Pending referral commissions that have been earned but not yet paid will be settled within 30 days of account closure, subject to TDS deductions.
8. Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered members via email at least 14 days before they take effect. Continued use of the platform after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
